The 53rd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held on Monday, 20th April, 2026 from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm in the Garden Room at the Natural History Museum, entrance via the Exhibition Road entrance.
Do please come early as wine and soft drinks will be served from 6.00 pm and you will have the opportunity to meet friends and neighbours.

2. Notes from the AGM held on Monday, 31st March, 2025.
3. Chairman’s review, followed by Questions and Answers.
4. Treasurer’s statement and accounts for the year ending 31st December 2025.

Following the formal business, our speakers will include:
- Dr. John Tweddle, Head of the Centre for UK Nature and Research Team Leader at UK Nature Recovery, and the overseer of the Natural History Museum Urban Garden.
- Zoe Mulholland & James Everitt from the Welcome Trust and will give a briefing on the redevelopment of buildings in Evelyn Gardens.
- Councillor Johnny Thalassites will answer questions concerning RBKC
- Joe Powell, Member of Parliament for Kensington and Bayswater, has also kindly agreed to attend the meeting, and will take questions from members in attendance.
[1] A proposal for election as an officer or committee member should be made by notice in writing, supported by a seconder and signed by the person to be proposed. Such notice to be received by the Chairman, Mark Goodwin, at 130 Fulham Road, London, SW3 6HX, no less than 14 days before the AGM.
